South Flagler House

South Flagler House is one of West Palm Beach's most eagerly anticipated residential towers — a 28-story building of 108 residences on South Flagler Drive's Intracoastal waterfront, developed by Related Companies (the firm behind Hudson Yards in New York) with architecture by Robert A.M. Stern Architects — the same studio responsible for 15 Central Park West and New York's most celebrated residential buildings. Interiors are by Pembrooke & Ives, and outdoor spaces are landscaped by SMI Landscape Architecture.

Residences offer two to five bedrooms across a range of thoughtfully designed floor plans, from full-floor residences to penthouses.
